ANALISIS PENGARUH TRUST IN A BRAND TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH BANK CENTRAL ASIA DI KCU BOGOR TAHUN 2013
This study aims to analyze the influence of trust in a brand on customer loyalty in Bank Central Asia KCU Bogor. The work done KCU Bogor Bank Central Asia to establish trust in a brand is to maintain the reputation of Bank Central Asia by maintaining consistent service, improve service quality with good branch, offering all the products or facilities of Bank Central Asia which is the main advantage the company, and hold division of souvenirs and games with prizes at every celebration of the birthday of Bank Central Asia and the national customers.
Based on the results of the analysis using simple linear regression method, using a 5% significance level (0.05) and samples taken (n = 100) of the obtained regression function y = 1.347 x + 0.737, with a Sig. = 0.000
