Hubungan Kompetensi Guru Dengan Kinerja Guru Di SD Negeri Pengadilan 2 Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor

ABSTRAK
Peningkatan mutu guru sangat diperlukan karena menyangkut perbaikan kinerja guru secara keseluruhan, dengan demikian guru sebagai sumber daya yang memegang peranan penting dalam organisasi kerja harus memiliki keahlian, keterampilan, wawasan, kemampuan kerja sehingga hasil kerja yang dicapai akan optimal. Hasil kerja yang dicapai guru menunjukan kemampuan dan keberhasilannya dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaannya, seorang guru yang kompeten dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan, sesuai dengan wewenang dan tujuan yang dicapai oleh sekolah, menandakan bahwa guru tersebut memiliki kinerja yang tinggi.
Tujuan penelitian : 1. untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru di SD Negeri Pengadilan 2 Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor. 2. untuk mengetahui kinerja guru di SD Negeri Pengadilan 2 Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor. 3. untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Pengadilan 2 Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor.
Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang hendak diteliti adalah Guru pada SD Negeri Pengadilan 2 Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor sebanyak 25 orang. Sampel merupakan bagian populasi yang terwakili dan akan diteliti atau sebagian jumlah dari karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh populasi yang terwakili. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan model non probabilitas metode sensus yaitu semua populasi digunakan untuk data penelitian yaitu sebanyak 25 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji korelasi dan regresi sederhana.
Hasil penelitian : 1. Kompetensi guru di SD Negeri Pengadilan 2 Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor dikategorikan pada tingkat interpretasi baik. 2. Kinerja guru di SD Negeri Pengadilan 2 Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor dikategorikan pada tingkat interpretasi baik. 3. Hubungan yang positif antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Sesuai dengan hipotesis statistik maka hubungan antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment diperoleh koefisien korelasi r = 0,662. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, berarti terdapat hubungan positif dengan kekuatan hubungan kuat dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru (X) dengan kinerja guru (Y). Kontribusi kompetensi guru (X) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dihitung berdasarkan koefisien determinasi yaitu r2 = 0,438. Berarti variabel kompetensi guru membentuk kontribusi sebesar 43,8% terhadap kinerja guru (Y). thitung = 4,237 > ttabel 1,7109 pada α = 0,05, dan 1,3178 pada α = 0,01. Yang artinya bahwa kompetensi guru merupakan keterampilan guru untuk memberikan materi pelajaran kepada anak didiknya.
Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru dan Kinerja Guru.

ABSTRACT
Improving the quality of teachers is very necessary because it involves the improvement of the overall performance of the teacher, so the teacher as a resource that plays an important role in the organization of work should have the expertise, skill, insight, ability to work so that the work will be optimally achieved. The work that is accomplished teachers show the ability and success in implementing the tasks and work, a competent teacher in carrying out the duties and responsibilities imposed, in accordance with the authority and objectives are achieved by schools, indicating that the teacher has a high performance.
Objective: 1. to determine the competence of teachers in primary schools 2 Court Central District of Bogor Bogor. 2. to determine the performance of teachers in primary schools 2 Court Central District of Bogor Bogor. 3. to determine the relationship of competency with the performance of teachers in primary schools 2 Court Central District of Bogor Bogor.
In this study population to be studied is a teacher at the elementary school 2 Court Middle District of Bogor Bogor many as 25 people. The sample is part of the population represented and will be investigated or partial amount of the characteristics possessed by the population represented. In this study, the sampling technique using non-probability models that all population census methods used for research data as many as 25 people. Analysis techniques using correlation and simple regression.
Result: 1. Competence of teachers in primary schools 2 Court Middle District of Bogor Bogor well categorized on the level of interpretation. 2. Performance of teachers in primary schools 2 Court District of Central Bogor Bogor considered a good level of interpretation. 3. The positive relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable. In accordance with the statistical hypothesis that the relationship between the competence of teachers with teacher performance using techniques derived product moment correlation coefficient r = 0.662. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it means that there is a positive relationship with the strength of a strong and significant relationship between teacher competence (X) with the performance of teachers (Y). Contributions competence of teachers (X) on teacher performance (Y) is calculated based on the coefficient of determination that r2 = 0.438. Means the form of teacher competence variables contributing 43.8% of the teacher's performance (Y). t = 4.237> ttabel 1.7109 at α = 0.05, and 1.3178 at α = 0.01. Which means that a teacher competence skills of teachers to provide course material to their students.
