Print Top is one of the companies engaged in digital printing services in Cibinong Bogor. Print Top is one of the subsidiaries of "Oke Print", founded by Mr. Agus on August 1, 2015.
The number of sales in quantity has increased, but the quality of the product has decreased. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and customer value to customer satisfaction in Print Top store. Service quality, product quality, and customer value become exogenous variable and consumer satisfaction becomes endogenous variable.
Respondent in this study are 160 respondents. Data analysis was done by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with helped of AMOS Software version 20.0. the result of the study have shown that the service quality, product quality, and customer value significantly influence the customer satisfaction in Print Top Store. Service Quality contributed to customer satisfaction of 0.538, product quality contributed to customer satisfaction of 0.658 and customer value contributed to consumer satisfaction of 0.493. Product quality has the most significant influence to customer satisfaction in Print Top store. It is advisable to improve the quality of the printing press and the durability of a product.
