The Effect Of Tourist Facilities And Service Quality On Visitor Satisfaction Visitors In The National Park Hiking Area Mount Gede Pangrango
is to determine and analyze the impact of tourism facilities and service quality on visitor
satisfaction. Quality of service for the satisfaction of visitors in Gunung Pangrango National
Park area. The variables used are tourism facilities and quality of service as independent
variables, while the variables used are tourism facilities and quality of service as independent

visitor satisfaction for the variable is a dependent variable. The sample used in this study
consists of 100 tourists from Mount Gede Pangrango. Data were used for key data using data
collection methods through observations, interviews and surveys. The analyses used include
validity tests, classical acceptance tests, normal tests, multiple linear regressions, and
hypothetical tests using SPSS 25 in Windows software. With the help of SPSS 25 for Windows
software. The findings showed that fluctuating quality of tourist facilities and services has a
significant impact on the satisfaction of visitors to Gede Pangrango tourists among mountain
tourists.
